What is your cancellation policy?

We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on  Madinah Academy can be refunded within 7 days before the course starts or 24 hours before an online session. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund.

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds.

How do I request a refund?

You can  request a refund by contacting our admin by sending us an email. When you submit a refund request, please be sure to include the course name.

How can I apply for financial aid?

Are the classes recorded?

For students who may be struggling financially, they can apply for access to the Hardship Fund by emailing us ukmadinahacademy@gmail.com 

All classes are recorded and uploaded to the student portal. Students have the opportunity to watch the class after the class ends. The student will then have access to the recorded lessons for 3 months after the course is complete after which access comes to an end.
